These are the approved codes for missing grade and test data in EZReports. Select the code that accurately reflects why the data is unavailable.
Grade data
Approved missing grade codes
Participant was not enrolled in the District or day school at the time of assessment.
Participant withdrew from the District or day school before the assessment.
Unable to secure grades from the District, day school, participant, parent, or guardian.
Participant was excluded by the District or day school from receiving District or day school grades.
The grade was not available by the deliverables data submission deadline and will be entered when available.
Test data
Approved missing test codes
Participant was not enrolled in the District or day school at the time of assessment.
Participant withdrew from the District or day school before the assessment.
The participant or grade level was excluded from the assessment by the District or day school.
Before submitting

Use only the approved code that matches the participant's situation.

Use EXE, not E, whenever the participant or data is excluded.

Use I only when the grade will be entered later after it becomes available.
